If you Would you like to adopt a dog, the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office is hosting an event for dog lovers on the Suncoast. During the month of May, Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services will be hosting their Spring Adoption event, where anyone can adopt a dog for $20 located at 8451 Bee Ridge Road until May 31.
Office hours are Monday through Friday – 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m,, Saturday- 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday- 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. If you would like to contact them email adoptions@sarasotasheriff.org or call 941-861-9523.
