Two men allegedly fought with a highway patrol trooper in North Fort Myers yesterday.

The trooper claims he saw 22-year-old Jose Crismatt speeding and squealing his tires.  He apparently confronted him in a convenience store parking lot at Highway 41 and Littleton Road.

NBC2 reports the trooper saying 20-year-old Alexander Crismatt pulled up in a second vehicle and started interfering.

Following an altercation, authorities arrested Jose Crismatt.  Alexander Crismatt fled the scene, but surrendered later.

The trooper had minor injuries, but he did not need to go to a hospital.
