SPEED ENFORCEMENT:
Entire length of Gulfstream Blvd. (Englewood)
Edgewater Drive (Port Charlotte)
TRAFFIC LIGHT/STOP SIGN ENFORCEMENT:
US 41 and Port Charlotte Blvd. (Port Charlotte)
SR 776 (McCall Road) and Beach Rd. (Englewood)
According to the Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles, Charlotte County has had 13 vehicle deaths so far this year; there were 12 deaths this same time last year.
