Jennifer Hopper is now facing a range of drug-related charges following a recent traffic stop where law enforcement discovered various pills and cocaine.

The incident happened on December 18 near the intersection of Biscayne Drive and Tamiami Trail. According to the official police report, officers observed 42-year-old Jennifer Hopper leaving a residence suspected of illegal drug activity. Subsequently, she was pulled over by the police as the tint on her car windows appeared to surpass the state-mandated standard.

Upon conducting the traffic stop, Hopper argued with police. The officers noticed the presence of bongs on the center console inside her vehicle. Hopper was instructed to exit the vehicle and was subsequently handcuffed.

The arresting officer conveyed the intention to search the car based on the observed drug paraphernalia. The search yielded the discovery of cocaine, crack, and methamphetamine within the vehicle. Additionally, a counterfeit soda can equipped with a screw-off top and a concealed compartment containing drugs was recovered during the search.

Jennifer Hopper was arrested and transported to the Sarasota County Jail. She now faces charges, including but not limited to trafficking in drugs, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
