Manatee County Sheriff’s Office detectives are investigating what they’ve classified as a homicide. A woman’s body was discovered by a couple walking along a dirt road this morning. Deputies responded to the scene at the 29 hundred block of 24th Avenue East. They found trauma to the body. No other information is available yet.
