Warm Mineral Springs should reopen by the middle of next month. The Sarasota County Commission and the North Port City Commission have agreed on a new short term operator. National and State Park Concessions Inc. submitted a bid of $48,280/month to run the Springs on a temporary basis. The Herald-Tribune reports the company has 21-days to get the facility up and running. The contract ends in August.
