Ayesha Hill (Date of Birth: 5/28/74) was arrested on a warrant today and charged with a theft that took place Jan. 11 at a liquor store on the island.
The morning of the incident, the store manager was hit by two women driving a car after he observed them allegedly stealing merchandise from the store. Venice Police detectives traced the information the manager gave them to a rental car business in Sarasota. The detectives were able to develop enough information about the suspects to order warrants for the arrests of Hill and Heather Harris (Date of Birth: 8/16/72). Harris is still at large. Hill has a record of retail theft and fleeing from police dating back to 2006.
