Venice Police Chief Tom McNulty and Capt. Tom Mattmuller went on patrol today, specifically to look for Josh Moss. The department had a warrant his arrest, charging him with lewd and lascivious behavior. The chief and captain were checking places where homeless people are known to gather when they found Moss. More patrol units were called to the scene and Moss was arrested. McNulty and Mattmuller spend some time on patrol as part of their daily routine. Moss is the third person to be arrested for exposing himself in public over the past few months. Police continue to make arrests for any similar activity.
