Police say they need to find two men who left someone dying at Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
They claim Derek Dewey died shortly after someone left him at the hospital Sunday.
Investigators have not explained how the 28-year-old Dewey died.
They continue looking for the two people who left him and drove away in a dark-colored minivan.
