CCSO detectives have two teens in custody and they’re looking for a third in a break in yesterday at a vacant home in Deep Creek. Responding deputies noticed the back door had been broken and started to search. 17-year old Michael Conti, Jr. of Port Charlotte was arrested in the home. One of the two teens who ran from the house, a 16-year old from Punta Gorda, was also arrested. Both are charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. Conti also faces a pot possession charge. The 16-year old’s also charged with battery on a law enforcement officer. Both have been released to their parents.
