A traffic stop yesterday evening turned up some stolen property and drug paraphernalia. Charlotte County deputies pulled over 24-year-old Dustin Ryan Badke, who only last week was cited for driving on a suspended license. As they arrested him, a search of his backpack revealed an Internet networking box that had been reported stolen. A search of Badke’s home turned up 38-year-old James Cameron Shawn Ortloff, who was on probation and was arrested for possesion of drug paraphernalia. Both men are being held without bond for violating previous bond and probation restrictions.
