Training Time and Real Bikes Englewood team will hold a kick-off riding event for the 2014 Tour de Cure tomorrow from 8am to noon. You’re encouraged join in and learn about the Tour de Cure and also join the team to ride in the event March 30 in Lakewood Ranch to help support the mission of the American Diabetes Association. At the event tomorrow there will be registration specials, door prizes, and refreshments, as well as a special gift for the guest who brings the most friends to sign up for the tour. The Tour is a ride, not a race, with routes designed for everyone from the occasional rider to the experienced cyclist. Every dollar raised through Tour de Cure plays an important role in stopping diabetes for good and more than 75 cents of every dollar raised supports the mission.
