Three Charlotte County teens have been arrested on charges of burglary and arson to an unoccupied home. Deputies say a sixteen-year-old and two fourteen-year-olds from Port Charlotte were arrested after witnesses put them at a fire in the 22-thousand block of Hernando Avenue. A Fire Marshal’s investigation determined the blaze was deliberately set. The home was not occupied at the time. Charlotte County detectives say the arrests came after they tracked down the three boys and at least one of them gave information about the incident.
