Their traffic signal enforcement locations are at the intersections US 41 and Toledo Blade Blvd. and US 41 and Murdock Circle, both in Port Charlotte. They will be after speeders in Port Charlotte, on Flamingo Boulevard between El Jobean Road and Edgewater Drive; and on US 41 between Cranberry and Veterans Boulevards. Florida’s Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles, reports Charlotte County’s had 20 vehicle deaths so far this year. This same time last year there were 11, and only 19 for all of 2014.
