TAG: Carpenter says Arias eventually tried to sneak out a window of his house, but deputies were waiting for him. He’s been charged with attempted Armed Occupied Burglary. Investigators later determined that Arias was on juvenile probation. He’s facing additional charges. This is his third felony booking.
