Flipping houses continues happening here.

However, those homes last year took an average of 178 days to flip. That exceeds the previous year’s number by 11 days.

Between the two counties, flipped sales averaged $167,000.

RealtyTrac says sellers averaged a gross return on investment of nearly 52 percent.

The flips there sold for an average of $135,000, and the return on investment approached 67 percent.

The average flip time in Charlotte County increased five days from year to year to 187.
