There are new developments in the almost 16-year-old Charlotte County cold case involving four-year-old Pilar Rodriguez. She disappeared in 1999, and her body’s never been found. 42-year old Keith Wilson, arrested two years ago, was in court for a brief appearance yesterday. Prosecutors say they now have the evidence to prove he killed Rodriguez. NBC2 reports Wilson’s ex-girlfriend, Melisssa Harding Jones, took a plea deal with prosecutors and has agreed to rtestify against him. She was babysitting Rodriguez, and was probably the last person to see her alive.
