North Port has released the findings of its Citizen Services Survey.
The city has given the survey to see how residents feel about projects, programs, and services, as well as the community’s overall quality of life.
The city has received 538 responses out of 2,000 random households that have received a copy.
The results show 85 percent of people see North Port as an excellent or good place to live. Also, 89 percent say they would recommend living there to someone who asks.
As far as safety goes, 92 percent say they feel safe in their neighborhoods.
Regarding the overall quality of city services, 73 percent of the people taking the survey call it excellent or good.
