Detectives throughout Charlotte County are working multiple vehicle burglaries. All of the vehicles involved were unlocked, and thieves made off with small items. In the Englewood area, several burglaries were reported on streets off Foresman Blvd. There have been 8-burglaries reported in Port Charlotte, in the area bounded by Veterans Blvd., Hinton Street, Peachland Blvd., and Vannell Street. There’ve been incidents reported in Deep Creek. Among the items taken: GPS units, electronics, wallets, purses and small change.
