(((The Florida Highway Patrol continue to investigate a serious crash that closed a portion of SR31 in Punta Gorda. The crash between a dumptruck and minivan occured near the intersection with Cook Brown Road Wednesday afternoon. Charlotte County EMS reports that the minivan driver, a man in his 50s was flown to Lee Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. The dumptruck driver was not hurt.)))
