Deputies have staked themselves out in Port Charlotte for bad driving.
The sheriff’s office has announced extra speed enforcement for this week in two areas.
The deputies have their radar guns working along Cornelius Boulevard, and on Loveland Boulevard between Westchester and Suncoast boulevards.
Additionally, expect heavier traffic light enforcement at two intersections: Route 41 and Midway Boulevard, and Kings Highway and Veterans Boulevard.
