Charlotte County officials have started talked with Punta Gorda about a piece of land by the History Park that could be a great location for a new south county library. WINK reports city officials are discussing donating the land because it could speed up the process. The Mayor says some people think a better location for the library would be closer to downtown. Leaders want to get more public input on the proposal.
