A former Charlotte County resident, busted last week in Tallahassee last week on Charlotte County warrants for Capital Sexual Battery has been returned here and faces another charge, 42-year old Quinton Handlon was originally charged for actions involving a 12-year old girl. He has also been charged with Lewd and Lascivious Battery on a Victim 12 to 16 Years of Age in relation to a different alleged victim and incidents that happened in 2010. The investigation involving Handlon is still on-going.
