The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office says the second suspect from Tuesday’s shooting in Port Charlotte surrendered last night.
The office says 18-year-old Alyssa Fisher faces charges from the incident on Azalea Avenue.
It had already arrested her husband, 24-year-old Craig Barra, Jr.
