The second man wanted in conjunction with a stabbing late last week has been arrested.

Acting on a tip, Charlotte County Sheriff’s deputies Richard Allen Foist on Saturday. He was wanted for stabbing a man at the Marathon gas station at the corner of U.S. 41 and Port Charlotte Boulevard on Thursday. Right after the stabbing, he jumped into a pickup driven by another man and sped off, hitting a woman as they left the parking lot. She had minor injuries. The pickup driver, Ronald Peyton of Port Charlotte, was arrested not long after the stabbing.
