After everyone behaved Wednesday night, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office says someone stepped out of line last night.

A second alcohol compliance check resulted in an arrest in Port Charlotte.

On Wednesday, 24 businesses checked the ID of an underage operative and denied alcohol sales.

Last night, the sheriff’s office checked eight different businesses and found someone gave the operative a beer.

The office says this happened at Ali-Gators on Tamiami Trail. It claims 26-year-old Caylee Griffin of Arcadia saw an ID that showed this person not old enough to buy alcohol.

Griffin served the beer, and the office arrested her.
