Investigation continues into a drowning in a neighborhood pond near the Sarasota Airport. A body was discovered in a pond in the Upland neighborhood between the New College and University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee campuses. The pond is located near Edwards Drive and Lane Road, on the border of Manatee and Sarasota counties. So far, the victim’s identity has not been released. The investigation continues
