34-year-old Leonard Scott is in jail for the 43rd time, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office. He was arrested yesterday on charges of trafficking cocaine and heroin after undercover agents made multiple drug buys from Scott’s home. Arraignment is scheduled for October 2.
