Sarasota Co. Education Foundation Leadership Change

The Edu­ca­tion Foun­da­tion of Sara­sota County has a temporary new leader, following the resignation of Cindy Kaiser, who had been the organization’s exec­u­tive direc­tor since 2007. Car­lotta Coo­ley, a well-known area edu­ca­tor and past mem­ber of the foundation’s board of direc­tors, was appointed interim exec­u­tive direc­tor to head the orga­ni­za­tion dur­ing its tran­si­tion to new lead­er­ship. Kaiser resigned effective the end of October to attend to long-term family health issues.
