New rest stops are coming to I-75 in Charlotte County – by around 2023.
The Sun reports F-DOT wants to build the new stops in each direction of the interstate just south of Airport Road.
Last year F-DOT shut down the Jones Loop rest area saying it wasn’t possible to provide proper security.
