The owners of Three Palms Speedway face the prospect of eviction.
WBBH-TV reports they have apparently not paid rent for several months.
Pam Seay from the Charlotte County Airport Authority says she wants the track to succeed, but it has failed to stay in good standing.
The authority claims the owners owe over $20,000, and they have never installed the grandstand bleachers that they have promised.
The authority says racing can continue for the rest of the month, including tomorrow.
