A threatened lawsuit against two Tampa Bay Rays players following a hit-and-tun accident during spring training has now been filed. The family of 71-year-old Anthony Tufano are suing Rays minor league pitcher Matt Bush and outfielder Brandon Guyer for ten million dollars. Police say Bush was at the wheel of an S-U-V when it struck Tufano on his motorcycle, seriously injuring him, then left the scene. Investigators say witnesses told then that Bush and Guyer had been drinking at a so-called gentlemen’s club before and after the incident.
