24-year-old John Andrews of Punta Gorda was arrested for violating probation recently, even though he wasn’t on probation. Andrews’ attorney says a paperwork mix-up between Sarasota and Charlotte counties led to the arrest. Andrews had just finished serving 10 months for DUI. Now, he’s trying to warn others that it could happen to them, too.
