It took a Charlotte County jury less than 90 minutes to find a Punta Gorda man guilty on a number of charges including kidnapping and attempted arson.
43-year old Joshua Steven Tanner had been charged in connection with a January incident in which he shot at a woman’s trailer, dragged it away in his Ford Escape, then tried to light it on fire.
He now faces up to life in prison when he is sentenced on July 23rd.
