The Dream Defenders remain camped outside Governor Scott’s office.
However, Scott has no plans to call a special legislative session to review Stand Your Ground.
The governor says he has already appointed a panel that former lieutenant governor Jennifer Carroll leads. The panel has toured the state and held community forums, but it has not recommended any changes to the law.
The sit-in at the Capitol started Tuesday, but Scott has not met with the leaders of the demonstration.
