A 44-year-old man was arrested after allegedly peeked into the window of a Port Charlotte home and watched two teens as they undressed. CCSO identifies the suspect as Alan Hogue of the 1000 block of Strasburg Drive in Port Charlotte. The Sun reports he faces misdemeanor charges of voyeurism and prowling after the girls, ages 15 and 16, came running out of their bedroom last night telling a male relative they saw a man looking through partially open curtains into their bedroom while they were changing clothes.
