44-year old Quinton Handlon of Port Charlotte will spend the rest of his life in a federal prieon. He was convicted by a jury last October on charges of producing and possessing child pornograhpy and coercing andf entiving a minor to engage in sexual activity. NBC2 reports he sexually abused his niece from the time she was 11 until she was 15, giving her money and gifts. Investigators recovered electronic devices in Handlon’s home which held images of her as well as videos.
