CCSO’s Major Crimes detectives arrested a Port Charlotte man late last night for allegedly shoot his father during a domestic disturbance at their house. This happened at 4162 Barnes Lane in Port Charlotte. The victim and witnesses say 30-year old Tucker Hucknall and his father had been fighting, when the son grabbed a shotgun from his bedroom and pointed it at his father. It went off, hitting the father in the stomach. He’s at Lee Memorial. The son’s in the county jail charged with Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon.
