Police have identified the woman found dead in a North Port grocery store restroom. 35-year-old Shannan Michelle Miller, an employee of the Publix store on Tamiami Trail, was discovered unresponsive around 1:30 yesterday afternoon, according to a statement released by the North Port Police Department. Efforts to revive her were unsuccessful. So far, foul play does not seem to be involved, but the investigation is continuing.
