The pilot who crashed a small, single engine plane on Caspersen Beach in Venice last year has done it again. 67-year-old Steven Stam landed on Interstate 80 east of Laramie, Wyoming, Friday evening. He was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries. Stam went down in Sarasota County last July. Earlier this summer, he also crashed near Holland State Park in Michigan.
