The all night alcohol free party for Port Charlotte High School graduates, Project Gradation, could be scrubbed this year, because donations are down. The Charlotte Sun reports donations by this time of the year are usually at 75% of goal, but a spokesperson says this year, they’re not even close. The CHS committee is running several to make sure the event happens. The high school’s run car washes, dart tournaments at the Ice House Pub and other events. More donations are needed, and if you’d like to do so, call PCHS teacher Debbie Capo at 941-255-7485, ext. 3103.
