Cheyenne Regional Medical Center wants patients to have a better experience and doctor involvement. Kristen Truman-Allen’s been on the job since January as their “chief experience officer.” The Star Tribune reports she’s been talking with patients, staff, and former patients about what the hospital needs to change, what they’re getting right, and passes that on to providers. Her job will be reviewed at the end of six months to see if it’s still needed.
