A strange squabble between two men led to the arrest of one of them for punching the other regarding a handicapped parking spot. 57-year-old Mark Wheaton was in a Key Largo parking lot when another man parked his vehicle in a handicapped spot. The 61-year-old man entered a store, leaving his wife in the car in his vehicle parked in the spot marked for handicapped. Wheaton was reported to have punched the man several times after yelling at him incessantly inside the store. The unidentified victim was treated for facial injuries at a local hospital. Wheaton is charged with aggravated robbery.
