A North Port man touched off a chain-reaction wreck on I-75 in Sarasota County yesterday afternoon. 52-year-old Ronald Steele failed to stop for slowed traffic near River Road. Two other drivers, including a motorcyclist, face charges in the incident. Florida Highway Patrol said no skid marks were found at the scene, but fortunately, no injuries were reported.
