A man accused of ripping off some Tampa Bay Rays players will not be going to court. The State Attorney’s Office says it will no pursue its case against 18-year-old David Ruffino of Port Charlotte. He was among a group of men accused of breaking into a rental unit shared by three Rays players during spring training. The States Attorney says there’s not enough evidence to bring Ruffino to trial.
