Tropical Storm Earl has dumped heavy rain along Mexico’s Gulf Coast after going through Belize.
The National Hurricane Center in Miami says the storm has weakened, and it poses no threat to the American Gulf Coast.
Several major cruise lines changed their routes in the Caribbean after Earl briefly reached hurricane status on Wednesday.
