National Prescription Drug #TakeBackDay–happening this Saturday, April 22, 10am-2pm at SCSO headquarters, 6010 Cattleridge Blvd., Sarasota.
Unused or expired prescription medications are a public safety issue. Proper disposal saves lives and protects the environment and our overall community. We’ll collect tablets, capsules, patches, and other solid forms of prescription drugs. This includes vaping devices and cartridges — as long as you remove the lithium batteries. Liquids, syringes, and other sharps, and illicit drugs will NOT be accepted.
