Punta Gorda police have made an arrest in the murder of 18-year-old Kyle Farishian, whose death startled the community for five months. 28 year old Michael Russo of Punta Gorda, was arrested Tuesday just a few hours before it was announced at a press conference. He faces charges of murder and arson in the `18 year old’s death. Russo is accused in connection with a fire at the 7-11 on Bal Harbor Boulevard. After the fire was put out the 18 year old’s body was found inside.
