An Englewood mother won’t face any jail time for the accidental drownind death of her 11-month old son. Sharon Swat was charged with child neglect after she found her young son face down and unresponsive in the bathtub last June. She submitted to polygraph testing, which confirmed her story that she had left the bathroom to put something in the kitchen, and that the drowing was accidental. Swat will serve 36 months on probation, and must complete 50 hours of community service.
