A Sarasota woman facing sentencing in a Ponzi scheme will now wait another month to find out her fate. Marian Morgan has a new attorney, which forced a delay in her sentencing from yesterday to the end of January. Jurors convicted her in September of defrauding investors of $28 million through a company she co-founded and ran from Sarasota with her husband John. She faces 20 to 25 years in prison, according to experts. Her husband is serving a 10-year term.
